ArthKatha courses are digital products delivered instantly — the moment your payment succeeds, you get immediate, lifetime access to the full course content on this website.
Cancellation
Because access is granted instantly on payment, an order cannot be cancelled after it is placed.
Refunds
As this is digital educational content with instant full access, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once course access has been granted.
We will, however, gladly resolve the following within 30 days of purchase — contact info@arthkatha.com with your registered email and order ID:
- Duplicate payment — if you were charged twice for the same course, the duplicate is fully refunded.
- Payment succeeded but access not granted — if a technical error prevented access and we cannot fix it, you receive a full refund.
- Unauthorised transaction — reported promptly and verified.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
