These Terms govern your use of ArthKatha (the “Platform”), operated by ArthKatha (a unit of Avishek Saha, Proprietor — Marketix Digital). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational service

ArthKatha provides pre-recorded, animated educational courses about the stock market. The Platform is education-only and does not provide investment advice. See our Disclaimer.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. One account is for one learner; sharing login credentials or course access is prohibited.

3. Purchases & access

Course prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. On successful payment you receive instant, lifetime access to the purchased course on this Platform. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details.

4. Licence & intellectual property

All videos, scripts, characters (including “Montu”), graphics, workbooks and certificates are the intellectual property of ArthKatha (a unit of Avishek Saha, Proprietor — Marketix Digital). On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the content for your own learning. Downloading, recording, redistributing, reselling or publicly sharing the content is strictly prohibited and may result in access being revoked without refund and in legal action.

5. Certificates

Completion certificates confirm that you finished the course. They are not a degree, diploma, licence, or SEBI registration and do not qualify you to advise others.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to bypass access controls, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArthKatha (a unit of Avishek Saha, Proprietor — Marketix Digital) is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or its content.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the latest version will always be posted here.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India having jurisdiction.
